Access Certificate

What does this error mean? I am trying to collect the information using the "_SSL Certificates Datasource"

That means on the datapoint, you have configured a valid range. The current value is outside that range so it's not accepted.  You probably have set a minimum value of 0, and a negative number is below that minimum.
