ConnectWise Configuration Record Attachments


We are shifting from Auvik to Logic Monitor.  When Auvik creates an Alert ticket for a device....it adds the device to the Configuration Pod in the CW ticket.  Logic Monitor is creating tickets for us, but the Configuration record is not being added for the device giving the alert.  We have checked setup instructions on both the CW and Logic Monitor documentation....but cannot find out where to enable this option.  Does anyone know how to set up this feature?

I don't believe this is a feature of Logicmonitor. Did you find a solution? We are looking at Auvik now because of the integration with Connectwise. How do you find Logicmonitor compared to Auvik?
