Steve E posted a question in Ask the CommunityHello! We are trying to filter results based on the "updatedOn" property using the ">" operator. However, the request status will always return a 400 - Bad Request. We have used other operators that are successful, such as "!~" Example of a successful call (200 - OK): https://companyname.logicmonitor.com/santaba/rest/device/devices?filter=updatedOn!~1504905976 Example of a unsuccessful call (400 - Bad Request): https://companyname.logicmonitor.com/santaba/rest/device/devices?filter=updatedOn>1504905976 Am I doing anything wrong? Is this filter possible?
Please add alert filtering capabilities to the Map widget as are available in other dashboard widgets. I have a dashboard that I have constructed with the purpose to be displayed on a large monitor for at-a-glace status. I want it to ONLY display critical alerts. I can set the NOC Status widget using "Alert Severities to Display" filtering but I can't similarly control the Map widget so while everything is green on the NOC Status there are yellow and orange pins all over the map. I want to have all of the pins show green unless there is a critical alert at a site.
