  1. Please add a feature to the Manage Dashboard options to apply the same theme to all widgets on a dashboard page. At the moment, each and every widget has to be updated one at a time, which can take several minutes. There should be an option to apply the same theme to all widgets in one go.
  2. Please hide the hyphen "-" if no labels are specified. I would like to have just the number, nothing else.
  3. Please add drag and drop function to the Services tree control so that groups and elements can be managed using drag and drop as is the case with the device groups tree control.
  4. In v89, now when I click an alert, a secondary panel is displayed, then I have to click the alert again before I can add notes. Before it was one click, add notes and save. Please remove the secondary panel and just expand the alert details in the widget. I can live with the extra action to add notes, but the secondary panel is maddeningly annoying. Please add the notes as shown in mockup below
  5. Please, for the love of all things good in the universe, add an option to clone a device group and its sub-groups. The clone option should clone only the device group hierarchy and all properties and collector preferences, but not any devices linked to the groups. We have a device group hierarchy that we use for some services, and each time we add a new service it would save a great deal of time if we could clone an existing hierarchy.
  6. Please add the ability to use group custom properties to the Alert widget filter. At the moment we have to break our device group taxonomy if we want to exclude one particular group that is several levels down in the hierarchy. If we had the ability to include/exclude device groups by custom property value then we could retain our device group taxonomy and include or exclude groups from the Alert widget based on a device group's custom property value. You could take this a step further by allowing Applies To functions to be used with the Alert widget filter. This could provide for very complex alert widget filters.
  7. Mosh

Please add to the Last Action (or a new attribute) the details of how a user accessed LogicMonitor, desktop, mobile, app, etc. Use case: To know how users are using LogicMonitor, using desktop browser, mobile browser, or mobile app.
  8. Please make the Group column wider, at least double its current width. Such a narrow column width with wrap enabled makes it hard to read, and people sometimes edit the wrong group.
  9. Please add option to set custom colors for graphs. We would like to set colors in the form #RRGGBBAA (web styling format). We would like this so we can set the alpha channel. On some graph we want to have some areas faint and some more prominent.
  10. Please add LMConfig collection tasks to Task Queue graph, see attached. We experience config retrieval failures a lot but we are unable to see if this is due to queuing or too many other tasks at the same time.
  11. Please add an option to display the user's proper name (First Name Last Name) in the Acknowledged By column of the alert widget.
  12. The Map Widget does not provide a severity filter. We only use Error and Critical severities in all of our dashboards, as these are alerts we have configured as always actionable. We need to be able to filter severity in the Map Widget also, so that the status of the pins on the map are consistent with the other widgets on a dashboard.
  13. Please add option to copy alerts to clipboard. We frequently need to copy multiple alerts to clipboard to email device/service owners. We especially need to be able to select all alert where value property contains a specific string and then copy these to the clipboard to email device owners. These are not things we want to send a notification for, it's where we are reviewing monitoring and need the device owners to perform some follow up action.
  14. Currently I have no choice but to enable access to the all alerts view because my end users need access to the "Search anything" within alerts feature. This is because we use the alert Notes property to store useful information and they search on content in the Notes field. However, the all alerts view has everything, and there are alerts I do not want some end users to have visibility of. I would like a global filter option that can be applied to the all alerts view as an admin override to any filters a user may apply. Also, it should be possible for admins to show or hide the fact that a global filter is in effect.
  15. Please add an option to enable clearing of all alerts of a DataSource. This should be possible at group level, i.e. the option enables immediate clearing of all alerts for a chosen DataSource/DataPoint at group level. An option to do this globally would be useful too.
  16. Please make it possible to select and copy to clipboard the error text from the web service step test view, see attached screen cap. At the moment trying to drag & select text on the page is impossible because instead of selecting the text, it tries to drag the panel heading.
  17. Google Maps provides a method for custom styling. Is this something that could be configured? We have been working on a dark themed dashboard and the default map sticks out like a sore thumb.
  18. Please add an option on group objects to hide the group from being vivisble in the Alert widget's Group column. Please see attached screen cap. I have some devices which are members of two device groups. One group (Interoute) is the business service, the other (Routers Primary) is used purely to gather all devices of a type together to run a report against. I don't want the Routers Primary group to be visible in the Alert widget Group column. A checkbox on the group object to hide from widgets would be ideal.
  19. I would like to be able to use the NOC widget to navigate to other dashboards. Currently clicking a NOC widhet status block opens a window and takes the user to the device tree object bound to the NOC widget status block. I would like to have it so that click a NOC widget status block takes the user to another dashboard. For example, I have a group named "Network Services" and under this group I have child groups for different countries, "Networks UK", "Networks FR", "Networks DE", etc. I have a NOC widget which displays a block for each country (see attached). Each country will also have its own dashboard. The intuitive action my users expect is to be able to click a NOC widget status block and be taken to the dashboard for their country.
  20. Please add option to enable or disable Netflow at group level, and then have it be applied to all child devices of a group. We have thousands of network devices.
  21. We urgently need a way for our regional operations teams to be able to see alert date times in local time. This a critical requirement as we are a global business and for people outside of the account timezone to be constantly trying to work out the local time of an alert is ridiculous.
  22. Make the Service navigation panel a treeview control, same as the Devices navigation panel.
  23. Add option to only display the Collector down warning message at logon only for admin users. Regular non admin end users should not see this as it confuses some of our end users when we have Collectors down.
  24. Please add a Settings option to allow users to set the colors for alert severities. This could be as simple as setting the CSS hex values/RGB values via a Settings UI. Reason is some people have color blindness and would prefer to select their own color values for severities.
  25. On the Alerts page it sometimes gets hard to scroll left/right with long lists of alerts. Currently the scrollbar is at the bottom of the page and it is static. FR: Please make a persistent horizontal scrollbar that is separated off the main table.
