  1. Having issues with version9 template for MX 80 devices. Using the same syntax as previously mentioned for other MX devices, with exception of the chassis tfeb setting and the collectors are having issues not recognizing the template. Using JunOS 13.2R5.10. Any ideas? 2. I\'d like to see the following enhancements to allow us to utilize LogicMonitor more. a) Permissions to allow users to fully manage Services, Dashboards and Reports. Use case, I want downstream IT departments to be able to manage their own web site monitors, dashboards and reports. These users do not have global administrative permissions but we\'d like them to be assignable as such so they can be self-sustaining. This presently works for adding new hosts just not the other areas. b) Permissions on Collectors or some way to limit view so downstream customers can only see their own collectors when adding hosts. I\'d like these downstream IT departments not to see other departments\' collectors. c) The ability to restrict Custom Alert methods by permission group so when our team is creating escalation chains for customers, that our in-house proprietary custom alert methods are not even available as an option. Same reasoning as b)
  3. Hello, If I have a device that I\'m monitoring via its in-band IP address, how can I also monitor IPMI on its out-of-band IP address from within the same device. I\'d prefer not to a) occupy another device and b) have the data in a separate place, for the same host. Is there a way to do this..like ipmi.ipaddress ?
  4. When our customers reboot or change OSes on their machines, its common for a duplex issue to arise. I\'m looking for a way to monitor that, as well as have a sense of change management with it. Can a graph be created to monitor this setting for network interfaces?
