  1. Yes LogicMonitor early 2017 was a couple of years ago!
  2. Hi all, We have a heap of network devices that we monitor. Sometimes I'm not sure if all have their config backups running via the config source. I'm looking for a way to identify network devices that do not have specific "properties" set that would cause them to not be backed up correctly. E.g. some sort of report that identifies all Cisco switches that do not have ssh.user and ssh.pass correctly set. This is the reverse of the "applies to" button in the config or data source configuration. How can I do this? Simon.
  3. Hello, Has anyone ever looked at integrating LM with a CMDB product? Possibly to update devices, or send alerts. The reason I'm asking is that we have found that some of our clients do not want to manage multiple systems. E.g. they currently have LM for monitoring, some sort of CMDB, then a centralized logging app. If you did, did you find anything that worked well?
  4. As a note. if it was possible to have alert rules and chains in a folder and give clients permissions to these (as we do for devices, services, etc) it would enable this sort of multi tennancy on LM. Simon
  5. Hi, is there any update on this? We are a LM MSP and are loosing clients from LM because they lack the ability to modify alert rules and escalations. Most of our clients are enterprise with their own internal IT teams. They want the ability to modify these as well.
  6. Concurrent inbound calls to lync server (from PSTN) 39EXY2 This is a very basic example.
  7. IOPS type info of FC Luns in a Huawei OceanStor SAN AHLE3N
  8. Hi all, Datasource to check health of disks in a Huawei OceanStor San HAN3XR Cheers, Simon
  9. I find the Alert Rules really poor so it would be great to see some improvements. The things we would like is the ability to: add multiple Escalation Chains per Alert Rule (otherwise I need to make a different Chain for every Rule) allow multi tenant clients to manage/create there own Escalation Chains and Alert rules Are there any updates proposed for these?
  10. I agree with this as well, its a real annoyance. Can someone from Logic Monitor respond to this?
  11. Maybe its just me, but I find the Alert Rules really poor so it would be great to see some improvements. 12. Hi We would be interested in Beta for the LM exchange. We have developed our own data sources for Citrix Netscaler, a few for MS Lync, and Huawei SAN's and switches.
